Dr Ashley Edwards is an inspiring educator, lecturer and researcher who actively fosters science outreach with School groups and the broader community. Dr Edwards not only works tirelessly on numerous committees progressing educational outcomes and presents at teaching conferences but also runs a research program on blue tongue lizard respiratory physiology. Dr Edwards also has a full teaching program at all levels of the undergraduate degree program. As a colleague Dr Edwards is a warm hearted and giving individual who has a deep commitment to STEM education and who is always willing to lend a hand, advise and assist – with a smile!
