Adele completed her PhD in Chemistry while focusing on STEM outreach and engagement for UTAS; runs the Young Tassie Scientists Program; volunteers as the Secretary of the National Science Week Coordinating Committee; is on the board of UTAS Robotics; and never seems to complain or let her passion waiver. She inspired me to work just as hard when I was the Communications Manager for National Science Week in Tasmania. Adele reminds me constantly of the importance of STEM outreach, and she never seems to receive the recognition she deserves
